Most placement services conclude when the lease is signed. Our Lease Coordination and Signature services extend beyond that point. For Lease Coordination clients, we handle the move-in walkthrough and inventory documentation, and offer quiet renewal support when the term approaches its end.

Signature Programme clients have a direct line to their placement advisor throughout the tenancy. Whether a maintenance matter requires escalation or a renewal requires negotiation, there is someone who knows the property, knows the landlord, and knows the client's preferences.

Value that shows up later

Our fees are transparent and fixed per service. For a client who has navigated a poor placement elsewhere — deposit disputes, management failures, a lease signed without proper review — the cost of Teratai's services is modest against the cost of the alternative.
